How do I install Voxa?+
Head to the download page, open the .dmg, and drag Voxa into Applications. On first launch macOS will ask for microphone and accessibility permissions — both are required for the hotkey and paste-anywhere features to work.
Voxa isn't pasting into my app. What do I do?+
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure Voxa is enabled. macOS only prompts the first time you try to paste, so if you skipped the prompt you have to enable it manually here.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Go to your account page and click “Manage Billing.” You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?+
Email support@withvoxa.com within 14 days of the charge and explain what happened. We review billing concerns case by case.
Is my audio stored anywhere?+
No. Audio is sent to our speech-to-text provider, transcribed, and discarded within seconds. Only the transcript and basic metadata (duration, word count, timestamp) are kept so your usage dashboard works. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
When is Windows coming?+
Windows is in active development. Apple Silicon Mac is the only supported platform today.
I forgot my password / can't sign in.+
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google — there is no separate password for that account.
